At Ryven, we provide fully digital services. There are no physical products involved, so traditional shipping does not apply. This policy explains how and when our digital deliverables are provided to clients.
Delivery Method
All of our services are delivered digitally through:
- Secure client portals
- Cloud-based file sharing (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, Figma, GitHub, or custom dashboards)
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the type of service purchased and are communicated clearly before project initiation. Typical delivery windows:

For larger projects, deliverables may be broken into milestones or phases, with previews or partial access provided at each stage. This allows for review, feedback, and approval before final delivery.
Download & Access
Once deliverables are completed, you will receive:
A direct download link or credentials for access
A notification email with details
Instructions for use, if applicable
It is your responsibility to download and back up your deliverables within 30 days unless a longer retention period is agreed upon.
Non-Delivery Claims
If you have not received your digital deliverables within the communicated timeline:
Check your spam/junk folder
Contact support@ryven.co immediately
We will re-send or re-provide access without any additional charge as long as it's within the agreed project period.
