Challenge

Ignify Careers, a vertical of Ignify Solutions, prepares students and job seekers, especially from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, for interviews and work. Candidates were using scattered tools: resumes in one app, mock interviews in another, and job applications tracked by hand. The process was stressful, and candidates had no clear, data-based view of their strengths or the skills they needed to improve.

Solución

We designed and built one career-readiness dashboard that brings learning, job search and career growth together. Candidates follow skill modules and certifications, track applications with real-time status, receive job alerts matched to their skills, and take assessments that show where they stand and what to do next, with a direct route to booking a session with a coach.
